Customer Insights provides a set of data about how your Genesys Cloud CX organization is being used. You first need to create a job that specifies what kind of data you are interested in (conversations, recordings, MOS, R-Factor, logged users, org usage). Then you can run the report manually or schedule it to be executed periodically. When the data is gathered, you receive a PDF report that presents the information you selected.
The application allows you submitting a real GDPR requests to export, update or delete a subject data. GDPR Requests usually take a few hours or more. If you want to quickly demo the app but you don’t want to wait until the real request is complete you can select an option to not use real API calls. There is also an option to simulate a full GDPR process. The simulation can place an interaction in your organization, create an external contact and then submit a GDPR request for generated data. All steps will be described on a final report.
There are two ways of accessing COE Portal.
If you are a Genesys employee, you can open the application from the Apps menu inside Genesys Cloud CX.
