If you are a Genesys employee, you can open the application from the Apps menu inside Genesys Cloud CX as shown below:
If you do not see the application, please contact GSD. You may access the portal by navigating to: https://ccportal.genesys.com/
COE Portal uses Genesys Cloud CX to authenticate and authorize users. After selecting a region, you will be redirected to your Genesys Cloud organization to authenticate.
To open the form and submit a new request, click the Request Assistance option on the main page of the portal. If your permissions are correct, you should be able to see and fill-in the request form:
Only a few groups are authorized to create Presales requests. If you are unable to create one and you are working in Sales or CSM, please contact GSD to get added to the appropriate Genesys Cloud group: CC Request Form (id: 733e12b9-c74c-47de-86c1-7d5f025cb319). If you continue to experience problems, please contact Presales Portal Dev for assistance.
